Dissolved gas components are regularly analyzed by chromatographic analysis, and internal fault diagnosis is activated when acetylene concentrations are abnormal. Prolonged operation below a specific load rate resulted in low oil temperature in an 80kva Oil Immersed Transformer, leading to water analysis and reduced insulation strength. Regular full-load heating is required to maintain water solubility in the oil. Automatic heating should be activated during winter shutdowns to maintain oil temperature.
Immediately perform a winding deformation frequency response test and compare it to a reference spectrum. Check the displacement of the hold-down bolts by hanging the cover, and use a laser rangefinder to verify axial dimensions. Perform a no-load test to monitor for abnormal vibration harmonics. If the core is grounded at multiple points, dismantle and repair the insulation.
