Main materials and features
This coil uses F-class insulated copper wire as the conductor and glass fiber and epoxy resin composite materials as the insulating material. Its expansion coefficient is similar to that of copper conductors, and it has excellent impact resistance, temperature change resistance, and crack resistance. All components of glass fiber and epoxy resin have self-extinguishing properties and will not continue to burn. Meanwhile, the high-voltage coil is cast with epoxy resin under a 1-millibar vacuum state, and there are no bubbles inside the coil, ensuring that the local discharge of the coil is small. At the same time, the transformer's loss has been effectively reduced.
The transformer's core is made of 30EH120 series high magnetic permeability cold-rolled silicon steel sheets imported from Nippon Steel of Japan. These silicon steel sheets have an ordered grain arrangement, are connected in a 45° full chamfered manner, and are stacked in four layers. The surface of the core is coated with insulating resin paint to prevent moisture and rust, and the two clamps and fasteners also have anti-corrosion protection layers. The entire core adopts a non-stacked yoke and steel pull plate structure, which effectively reduces no-load loss, no-load current, and core noise.
For low-voltage high-current coils, when a short circuit occurs, the short-circuit stress is large, while low-voltage coils have fewer turns. The larger the low-voltage current, the more obvious the problem of unstable current when using the coil winding method. Heat dissipation issues also need to be considered. At this time, low-voltage coils wound with foil can better solve the above problems. Firstly, foil products have no axial turns and axial winding helix angle. The current turns of high-voltage and low-voltage windings are balanced, and the axial stress of the transformer is small when a short circuit occurs. Secondly, due to its thin insulation, multiple layers of air channels can be set freely during processing, and the heat dissipation problem is also better solved. The internal welding of the coil is carried out on a fully automatic foil winding machine using xenon gas protection welding, which has high precision, low welding resistance, and no external welding process. Between the winding layers, DMD insulation is used, and the ends are sealed and cured with resin after winding.
A cross-flow top air-cooling fan is adopted. This fan has the advantages of low noise, high wind pressure, and good appearance, and improves the overload capacity of the transformer. Temperature control uses an intelligent temperature controller to improve the safety and reliability of the transformer operation.
