Winding system adopts copper conductor and glass fiber reinforced epoxy resin composite insulation, which is formed into gapless sealing body by vacuum pressure casting.
Core of 200kVA Three Phase 50Hz Dry Type Transformer adopts grain oriented silicon steel sheet with full oblique seam lamination, and the surface is coated with moisture-proof insulating paint layer. The heat dissipation channel is designed with three-dimensional honeycomb air passage, and the heat dissipation is realized actively with the help of temperature-controlled start-stop fan.
Corrosion-resistant copper bar for connecting terminals, supporting bidirectional cable access. The shell adopts cold rolled steel plate spray technology, and the shock absorber installation interface is reserved at the bottom.
During operation, the ventilation duct shall be kept free of dust, and dust accumulation in the ventilation duct shall be cleaned regularly with negative pressure dust collection equipment. Check the fastening of connecting terminals once every six months, and re-lock them in sequence with torque wrench. Insulation resistance test should be carried out when humidity is lower than the limit value. Disconnect all external connections before measurement. After sudden power failure, the equipment shall be allowed to stand until the temperature is consistent with the ambient temperature before restarting. Chemical solvents are prohibited for cleaning the surface of the shell. Only neutral detergents can be used to wipe it.

Compared with conventional dry-type transformers, the vacuum casting process of 200kVA Three Phase 50Hz Dry Type Transformer eliminates the air gap inside the windings, and the partial discharge is significantly lower than that of non-sealed structures. The thermal expansion coefficient of epoxy resin and copper conductor is matched to avoid cracking of insulation layer caused by thermal cycling. The heat exchange efficiency of the three-dimensional heat dissipation structure surpasses that of the traditional planar fins, and the temperature rise is reduced under the same load. The core technology of all inclined joints reduces the magnetic circuit loss, and the no-load current is better than the general level of the industry. The rust preventive coating of the protective housing passes the salt spray accelerated test, and there is no corrosion risk for metal parts in wet environments.
