Product Features

Winding system adopts copper conductor and glass fiber reinforced epoxy resin composite insulation, which is formed into gapless sealing body by vacuum pressure casting.

Core of 200kVA Three Phase 50Hz Dry Type Transformer adopts grain oriented silicon steel sheet with full oblique seam lamination, and the surface is coated with moisture-proof insulating paint layer. The heat dissipation channel is designed with three-dimensional honeycomb air passage, and the heat dissipation is realized actively with the help of temperature-controlled start-stop fan.

Corrosion-resistant copper bar for connecting terminals, supporting bidirectional cable access. The shell adopts cold rolled steel plate spray technology, and the shock absorber installation interface is reserved at the bottom.

Mmaintenance Methods

During operation, the ventilation duct shall be kept free of dust, and dust accumulation in the ventilation duct shall be cleaned regularly with negative pressure dust collection equipment. Check the fastening of connecting terminals once every six months, and re-lock them in sequence with torque wrench. Insulation resistance test should be carried out when humidity is lower than the limit value. Disconnect all external connections before measurement. After sudden power failure, the equipment shall be allowed to stand until the temperature is consistent with the ambient temperature before restarting. Chemical solvents are prohibited for cleaning the surface of the shell. Only neutral detergents can be used to wipe it.
